About me

I am intrigued by the essence of life. What is essential to it? How do you experience it from your deepest self and strength and, at the same time, stay true to your heart? How do you find harmony and peace, no matter what life throws at you? Answers to these questions led me towards life as a counsellor and coach.

After graduating from the University of Brussels (Vrij Universiteit Brussel) with a degree in Roman Philology, I spent ten years working in the world of Human Resources. I focused primarily on development, coaching, training and selection. Although this professional phase gave me the necessary background, I felt the need for an even deeper contact with people.

My passion for human dynamics led me towards the completion of a four-year Masters degree in neuro-linguistic programming and transpersonal coaching and counselling. In addition to this, I immersed myself in the study of inner perception and trained in psychodynamics. This ultimately brings me to my current vocation as a guide to people in challenging phases of their life.

As an existential therapist, I support people who are looking for harmony and answers. The belief that there is something good within all of us, even though we are not always aware of it, made me choose this direction.

I work on a personal, relational and professional level. In my coaching, I incorporate interviews, NLP, voice dialogue (literally: a dialogue with voices), the interpretation of dreams, symbols and guided visualisations.
